Medicraft prepares client-specific questions to gather more in-depth information to; better understand how their systems are used in the field and identify any sterilization or design challenges and/or areas for improvement. In the past, we’ve developed strategies to mitigate risks of potential damage to systems during shipping, and engineered design modifications to improve re-assembly for complex systems by sterilization technicians.
