Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assembly line processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production workers. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to effectively utilize hand and power tools while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee the assembly line processes, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Implement best practices for fabrication processes, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is essential.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
