Tommy Johns joined the Phillips team as Process Engineering Manager. He will be working on Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives throughout our implant and instrumentation facility. Tommy came to us from Weiss-Aug Co in East Hanover, NJ. Weiss-Aug is a component manufacturer for the medical device and automotive industries. While there he held the title of Sr. Industrial Engineer and most recently Plant Manager. Prior to that, he worked for a heavy equipment manufacturer in Kansas City, MO. Tommy has spent his career managing Lean teams and projects and has also worked extensively on capital projects across the country and in China. Welcome aboard!
